Terms of Service

1. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) to use Launch Streak.
• We sign you in with a magic link or Google — keep access to that email secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
• You agree to give accurate information and to keep your profile up to date.

2. Submitting launches & content

“Content” means anything you post — launches, links, descriptions, comments, profile details, and images. You keep ownership of your Content. By posting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote it on and around Launch Streak (for example, in the feed, on your builder profile, and in social previews). You can remove your Content, which ends this license going forward, except for copies already shared or cached.

You represent that you have the right to post your Content and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Launch Streak to:

• Post spam, misleading, deceptive, or scam listings, or manipulate rankings, votes, or streaks.
• Upload malware, or link to malicious, illegal, or infringing material.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others, or post hateful or unlawful content.
• Scrape, overload, or attempt to break, probe, or circumvent the site’s security or access controls.
• Submit tools you have no right to list, or misrepresent who built them.

We may remove Content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

4. Paid listings, badges & sponsor slots

• Some features are paid — for example featured listings, dofollow badges, and sponsor slots. Prices and what’s included are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
• Paid placements run for the duration stated at purchase (for example, a sponsor slot’s 30-day window). They don’t renew automatically unless we say so.
• A free listing’s outbound link is nofollow until you either upgrade or verify our badge on your site, which makes it dofollow.
• Because placements are digital and delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise. Contact us if something went wrong and we’ll try to make it right.

5. Our intellectual property

The Launch Streak name, logo, mascot, design, and the site itself are ours (or our licensors’). These terms don’t give you any right to use our branding except the badge we explicitly provide for listings. Everything else stays with us.

6. Third-party sites

Launch Streak links out to tools and sites we don’t control. We don’t endorse them and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

Launch Streak is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing will drive traffic, rankings, or results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Streak and its team won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50.

9. Termination

You can stop using Launch Streak and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms or to protect the service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes we’ll update the date above. Continuing to use Launch Streak after changes means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you other rights.
